Where is my order?

You can check your order status by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email (sent when your order ships). Alternatively, you can enter your order number in the “Track Packages” section on our website.

When will I receive my order?

  • Production time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 7-10 business days (for U.S. orders)
  • International orders may take longer due to customs clearance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal.

Do you accept pre-paid gift cards?

No, we do not accept pre-paid gift cards at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the number of items and your shipping address. To see exact pricing, click “Buy it now” and enter your address before completing checkout.

Why is your website not loading?

If you are experiencing issues accessing our website, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I keep getting an error message. What should I do?

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you accidentally selected the wrong item, size, or shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not entered production, we may be able to make the change. However, we process orders quickly, so act fast!

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You selected the wrong size, color, or product type.
  • The image quality of the product meets our standards.
  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • Your order was placed more than 12 hours ago (as we typically begin production within 12 hours).
  • You used a coupon code (orders with coupons are non-refundable).

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. A $20 restocking fee may apply.

What happens if my package was “Returned to Sender”?

If your package was marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will reship it to you at no additional cost.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item has defects or was damaged due to our error, we will replace it free of charge—no need to return the damaged item. If we are out of stock, we will issue a full refund or offer a comparable replacement.

What if my item is damaged after washing?

Please follow the washing instructions included with your product. Designs are made to last through multiple washes when cared for properly. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at [email protected].

What if I received the wrong product or a defective item?

We sincerely apologize for any mistakes! Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will correct it immediately by sending you the correct product and covering all shipping costs.
